After spending more than 15 years with a hands-on approach towards Japanese cuisine, his creative and meticulous approach to marrying technique and creativity is something guests have come to love and appreciate. His philosophy in cooking is to first pay homage to the Japanese traditions that come with preparing an Omakase experience but gives room to innovate and introduce modern takes that will send your palate on an insightful journey.
